About the Job
Lightel Technologies, Inc. in Renton, WA is hiring a full-time Production & QA Technician to build, test, and inspect products on our equipment and inspector product lines and support our QA and ISO quality system tasks.
Key Responsibilities:

- Perform product assembly, testing, troubleshooting, diagnosis, adjustment and repair of products.
- Improve product assembly processes.
- Timely find and resolve technical problems and support users in product troubleshooting and failure analysis.
- Assist in creating, modifying, and testing of new products and processes.
- Create and maintain production work instructions and user’s manuals.
- Prepare and maintain the production-related drawings, BOMs, and inventory records.
- Perform incoming materials checks, in-process and final inspections across different product lines.
- Help maintain ISO quality system records and support equipment calibrations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Associate Degree (AA or AS), preferably in a technical field.
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and drawings.
- Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (data entry, email).
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly in English.
- Strong hands-on and independent working ability.
- Legally authorized to work in the US.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in electronics, optical, or precision equipment assembly.
- Prior QA, inspection, or incoming inspection experience.
- Working knowledge of an ISO quality system (such as ISO 9001).
- Soldering or IPC-style workmanship experience.
- Knowledge of nonconformance (NCR) and corrective action processes.
